Sue Souter, dubbed a PR veteran by northwest media, has launched a new consultancy intent on putting sustainability top of the agenda.
Specialising in tech, food and drink and professional services Sue and her team will be challenging clients to think about activity and comms around the climate emergency and do something ‘pressante’ about it.
Italian for pressing / urgent the new consultancy underpins the sort of responsive, effective PR which Sue has delivered her whole career, but will also be a platform to ‘talk green’ and promote what existing and new businesses are doing to problem solve – with a clock ticking.

“As a PR professional I can’t think of a better place to be than encouraging existing businesses we work with to get behind more sustainable behaviours, but also to support the trailblazers who are coming up with new product and service solutions to make a real difference. Those are stories we must tell.”
Sue will be pushing the reputational benefits of being in the vanguard of change and help entrepreneurs get visibility for new ideas to support the green economy vision.
This is defined by GM’s influential Green Economy organisation as ‘one that invests into businesses, infrastructure and assets that benefit the planet, reducing the risk of environmental harm and climate change.’
Sue again: “We share their vision to raise the profile of businesses that provide net zero solutions to increase investment in green technologies and services.”
Sue and husband Roger come fresh from their own green transformation experience via a house renovation project in Adlington where they worked with heat pump and solar panel installers, underfloor heating engineers, battery wall manufacturers and secured a Govt grant to reduce their own footprint and save money on bills. “Saving money and saving the planet is a win / win we need to push more. We had an opportunity in our small corner of the world, but the principles are scaleable, with more knowledge and better access we can all do more.”
